We were able to achieve ultrathin performance leadership last year because to Zen 3+. By delivering improved performance and enabling new experiences with technologies like Ryzen AI, we hope to contribute to the development of designs that are even lighter and more power-efficient with Zen 4. To that goal, we created one of our most adaptable and scalable architectures yet with the Ryzen 7000 series mobile platform. On one end, we have the AMD Ryzen 7045 series, which, with to its 16 multi-threaded cores, 5 nm node, 5.4 GHz boost clock, and other features, is what we believe to be the most potent mobile processor in the world.
The AMD Ryzen 7040 (Phoenix), which sports the first built-in AI Engine in the world, follows. We are quite pleased about the capabilities and efficiency that engine, which is based on our XDNA architecture, unlocks in the laptop form factor. Phoenix is a true flagship since it uses cutting-edge 4 nm manufacturing technology and has potent RDNA3 graphics. For more cost-conscious buyers, the Ryzen 7020, 7030, and 7035 series offers performance that has been demonstrated and extended battery life. Were also in a unique position to be able to provide esports-ready gaming performance in this category and price thanks to RDNA2 and Vega graphics.
Even months after debut, we didnt see many laptops with AMD Ryzen 6000 processors on the Indian market. What steps is AMD taking to ensure that AMD Zen4 based 7000 series laptops are more widely available in India? The first component of this question will not be able to be answered. The AMD Ryzen 7000 series mobile platforms scalability gives OEMs the freedom to create new product categories at acceptable pricing points for customers. By providing partners with training and education programmes and collaborating with them on collaborative marketing and promotional initiatives to help promote the platform, we are also closely collaborating with them to assist increase sales.
